Anesthesia

Anesthesia is a hybrid strain created by breeding Afghan Skunk with Herojuana in 2007. The goal was to preserve the Afghani Skunk lineage, which had previously only been available as a cutting from another plant. This strain was chosen as a "Breeder’s Choice" Selection by Sannie's Seeds, a Dutch seed company, leading to its increased popularity and availability. When grown, Anesthesia plants are known for branching out extensively and growing wide and close to the ground rather than tall. They typically flower after 9-10 weeks and produce dense, crystal-covered buds with a musky, earthy aroma and taste characteristic of its Afghan heritage. Anesthesia is prized for its potent, sedative effects that are typical of indica strains. It is often recommended for managing pain, living up to its name.
