Kandahar, a 90% indica strain developed by the Ministry of Cannabis, was named after the Afghan city where its Afghani parent was grown. To create this potent yet balanced strain, the Afghani parent was crossed with an Afghan Skunk hybrid, resulting in a cultivar ideal for relaxation at home. The earthy wood and nutty aroma of Kandahar is best experienced in its taste profile. With its typical indica characteristics, Kandahar plants are short and bushy with thick layers of crystal trichomes. Indoor growers can expect a flowering period of 8 to 9 weeks, while outdoor harvesting is typically done in early October.
