RS54, short for Rainbow Sherbert #54 or 'Studio 54', is a cannabis strain known for its glamorous appearance and delicious rainbow sherbert gasoline flavor. It is a potent hybrid with high levels of THC, making it a popular choice for parties. Originating from Deo Farms in Oakland, California, RS54 is part of a breeding project inspired by Dying Breed Seeds' OZ Kush. Created from a cross of Sunset Sherbert and Pink Guava, RS54 is the 54th plant in the breeding line. Clones of RS54 were released by Wizard Trees in California in 2022 for both personal and commercial growers. Another related strain, RS11, is also available from Deo Farms. The breeder has been working on developing Zoap from RS#16.
