Chocolate Thai

Originally hailing from Thailand, Chocolate Thai, also known as "Thai sticks," gained popularity in the United States in the 1960s for its potent high. The strain was characterized by its slender, airy buds that were medium-to-dark brown in color and had a distinct chocolate-coffee aroma. However, due to its long flowering time, low yield, and tendency to produce male flowers and seeds, Chocolate Thai is believed to have disappeared in its original form. Today, there are seed lines sold under the Chocolate Thai name, but these have either been bred with other strains for stability or have unknown origins.
